Shipping policy

All orders are protected with complimentary protection with the following terms & conditions:

1. Lost/Stolen orders must provide notice within 3 business days of a delivery confirmation for coverage.
2. Lost/Stolen orders with an order value above $100 will require an affidavit for a claim to be processed.
3. Undelivered orders must give notice within 14 business days of last tracking update for coverage.
